DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and motivated individual, with a flair for design and the ability to adapt their skills to fit our business branding. The ideal candidate will be able to work to a brief and guidelines, work closely with peers and be open to receiving and responding quickly to feedback.
You will be working at BelfastIT office as part of the UK marketing team to handle the creative design, delivery, testing and scheduling for all aspects of email including one-off marketing campaigns and social media posting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design email content in-line with the plan set out by the Marketing Coordinator maintaining our brand voice and personality.
- Create user segments depending on the content to target the most relevant customers.
- Collaborate with other teams to share ideas and resources in order to make the most out of campaigns.
- Stay organised and maintain deadlines on campaigns.
- Closely monitor the data on completed campaigns and update the teams about their performance.
- Learn and proactively research best practices for email marketing including content, subject lines, segmentation, GDPR compliance as well as ASA compliance surrounding the promotion of unlicensed tobacco products.
- Identify where certain aspects can be improved by analysing previous campaigns.

SKILLS:
Suitable candidates should:
- Have experience using Adobe Photoshop
- Have great communication skills
- Have good spelling, punctuation and grammar skills
- Have proven previous experience in a design role (1 year+)
- Have an eye for creative/graphic design
- Be comfortable working as part of a team
