Full Job Description
As a BelfastIT L2 Support Technician you will be directly responsible for handling tickets raised by customers in the customer support in house system.
Hours: This is a full-time role 37.5hrs
Location: The role is fully remote with once a month meet ups to touch base.
Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers to handle support issues
- Complete reports on solutions
- Highlight recurring issues
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in an IT support role
- Excellent trouble shooting skills (hardware/software/network)
- Available for out of hours support (remote/onsite)
- Ability to carry out basic desktop/server repairs
- Good time management and customer facing skills
