BelfastIT is looking for a Videographer & Campaign Manager to join its expanding marketing team.
THE ROLE & YOU:
You will be responsible syndicating content across all appropriate channels, with a view to driving site traffic and conversion, alongside database recruitment for future growth.
You are a videographer, storyteller, copywriter, with a journalistic mindset and an interest in fashion.
This role is hands-on, iterative and you will be key in evolving our content strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Exceptional videography skills campaign management and content syndication across multiple channels.
- You’ll be involved in the entire creative process, from scripting and storyboarding to producing and editing video content.
- Photo-shoot management and shot styling, and subsequent stills photography and video creation of new products.
- Managing our weekly campaigns with our in-house design team. Including briefing and developing email blasts and content syndication across all channels.
- Social media channel management, including developing partnerships with influencers, product seeding, competitions, and cross promotions.
- Weekly channel performance updates and campaign insights.
- Ensuring that all products are filmed correctly with consistency of lighting, styling, and presentation.
- Production of high quality, colour corrected and balanced digital video footage.
KEY ATTRIBUTES:
- Highly creative – be able to demonstrate a creative skill of storytelling and bringing things to life.
- Strong fashion eye and good understanding of fashion and advertising trends
- Current with narrative, photography, and video social media product trends.
- Confidence with video and still shooting, retouching, and editing.
- Experience working with Canon DSLR and mirror less cameras for both video and photo work.
- Experience shooting creative content on iPhones would be advantageous.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Previous experience working in a similar role.
- Have high technical proficiency. Ability to configure cameras for exposure, colour, and white balance.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
- An eye for design, creative layout, pagination, typography.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- An ability to respond intuitively to change.
- Experience working in an eCommerce environment or with eCommerce clients.
- Ability to work through the entire capture, edit and publish lifecycle of web production.
- A positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving is essential.
- Excellent understanding of video compression and optimisation for web-based application.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree or equivalent qualification as a minimum.
- An ability to edit video with editing programmes knowledge.
- In-depth experience of working with Premiere Pro.
- After Effects knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
- Good understanding and experience in colour grading video footage and sound design.
- A working knowledge of stills photography (Lightroom/Photoshop).
- Instagram/TikTok/Snapchat efficient
- Proven ability of video production skills – with a portfolio to show.
- A full, valid driving licence and must have own car to use.
